CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand that sometimes plans change. Here is our policy for cancelling orders placed on www.sutradi.in.

1. CUSTOMER-INITIATED CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

- To cancel, email us at info@sutradi.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9711967778 with your Order ID
- Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled — please initiate a return after delivery

We recommend cancelling as early as possible. Once packed and picked up by our courier partner, cancellations are not possible.

2. CANCELLATION AFTER DISPATCH

If your order has already been dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. You may refuse the delivery at the door, and the package will be returned to us. In such cases:

- Refunds will be processed after the product is received and inspected by our team
- Original shipping charges, if any, will be deducted from the refund

3. REFUNDS ON CANCELLATION

- For prepaid orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment source within 5–7 business days
- For COD orders: Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI within 5–7 business days — please provide your bank or UPI details when raising the request

4. CANCELLATION BY SUTRADI

We reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

- Item is out of stock or no longer available
- Suspected fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive order
- Incorrect pricing displayed due to a technical error
- Unable to verify payment or delivery address

In all such cases, you will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.

5. REPEAT CANCELLATIONS

Customers with a pattern of frequent cancellations may have their ordering privileges temporarily suspended to protect against misuse of our platform.
