RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love every purchase from Sutradi. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund process as described below.

1. RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days will not be eligible for return.

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery and contact us immediately if there is an issue.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN

A product is eligible for return only if:

- It is returned within 7 days of delivery
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition
- All original tags and packaging are intact
- The return request is accompanied by unboxing proof (photo or video at the time of opening) — highly recommended

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

- Items returned after 7 days of delivery
- Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Items purchased during special sales, clearance, or non-returnable promotional events (clearly marked at the time of purchase)
- Innerwear, shapewear, or intimate accessories for hygiene reasons

4. HOW TO RAISE A RETURN REQUEST

Step 1: Email us at info@sutradi.in or WhatsApp us at +91-9711967778 within 7 days of delivery.
Step 2: Include your Order ID, reason for return, and clear photographs of the product.
Step 3: Our team will review your request within 2 business days and confirm eligibility.
Step 4: If approved, a pickup will be scheduled via our courier partner at no extra cost to you.
Step 5: Once the returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

5. REFUND PROCESS

- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, net banking, or wallet)
- For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — please provide your bank account or UPI details when raising the request
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, at your preference.

7. EXCHANGE POLICY

We currently offer size or colour exchanges subject to availability. Exchanges are treated as a return followed by a new order. The standard 7-day return window applies.
