At Sutradi, we strive to deliver your ethnic wear safely and on time. Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing an order.

1. SHIPPING PARTNERS

We ship all orders across India through authorised third-party courier partners. The courier partner assigned to your shipment will be communicated at the time of dispatch.

2. PROCESSING TIME

- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed after 4:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays will be processed the next business day

Note: Processing time does not include weekends or national holidays.

3. DELIVERY TIMELINES

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

- Standard delivery: 4–7 business days from dispatch
- Delivery to certain remote or difficult-to-access areas may take up to 10–14 business days

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, natural events, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

4. SHIPPING CHARGES

- Free shipping on all orders across India — no minimum order value required
- We do not charge any shipping fee on any order — delivery is always complimentary

5. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number and courier partner details will be shared via email and/or SMS once your order is dispatched. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided or by visiting our website's order tracking page.

6. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the package will be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

7. UNDELIVERABLE LOCATIONS

We currently ship to all PIN codes serviceable by our courier partners across India. If your PIN code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout.

8. LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

If your order is lost or arrives in a damaged condition due to transit mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your Order ID and supporting photos. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be introduced in a future phase.
