PAYMENT & SECURITY POLICY

Your financial security is our priority. This policy outlines how we handle payments, protect your data, and manage payment-related queries.

1. ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS

We accept the following payment modes:

- UPI (any UPI-enabled app supported by your bank)
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express)
- Debit Cards (all major Indian banks)
- Net Banking (all major Indian banks)
- Prepaid digital wallets (subject to availability at checkout)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) — availability will be communicated at checkout

2. PAYMENT SECURITY

All online transactions on www.sutradi.in are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We use industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption to protect data transmitted during checkout.

Your full payment card details, CVV, and UPI PIN are never stored on our servers at any time.

3. PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

Upon successful payment, you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your Order ID. If payment is deducted but you do not receive a confirmation within 30 minutes, please contact us immediately.

4. FAILED TRANSACTIONS

If your payment fails, no amount should be deducted. However, in rare cases, banks may place a temporary hold on the amount. Such holds are typically auto-reversed within 5–7 business days. If not reversed, please contact your bank or reach out to us with the transaction details.

5. REFUNDS

- Refunds for eligible returns and cancellations are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refund amount will be credited to the original payment source
- For COD orders: Refunds are processed via NEFT or UPI transfer to the account details you provide
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

6. CURRENCY

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). We do not accept payments in foreign currencies at this time.

7. FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS

If you notice any unauthorised transactions related to your Sutradi orders, please contact us immediately at info@sutradi.in. We will work with our payment gateway to investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
